a dear friend who lives in New York City & myself spent the Halloween weekend in Montecito (Santa Barbara) for a wedding. pumpkins aside & Halloween photobooth aside, this was pure California classic... the bride was a barbie doll from Orange County on her first wedding; her bridesmaids were her two closest friends - a butch lesbian (who brought her wife) & the bride's gay husband! the groom was a total swimmer surfer snowboarder dude onto his third marriage! third time's a charm...
