we left before the end of The Album Leaf's set for the amazing Golden Room down the street. a DJ was mixing the hits (MJ, Prince, David Bowie) with vallenato & other latin beats... Yelp has my favorite review ever of a local dive bar: "This place is totally scary. I went in with some friends and I saw a local kick the ass of a hipster kid. Then the local turned to us and said that he would kick the ass of any hipster assholes that try coming back. Needless to say we paid our tab and haven't been back since." i think i'm in love with the local who kicked some hipster's ass! anyhew, back to the pix:
